NON-opioid analgesics

Analgesic indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe pain of acute origin (back pain, fractures, dislocations, sprains, cancer), in the treatment of postoperative pain, in the treatment of dental pain, in migraine, headache and in the treatment of neuropathic pain.

Lysine clonixinate. Therapeutic Indications: LONIXER* is indicated as an analgesic in patients with acute or chronic pain. It is a non-narcotic analgesic intended for the treatment of pain of varying intensity and origin; it does not cause CNS depression.

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and menstrual pain. If discomfort persists, consult your doctor.

Pregabalin is used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that may occur in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes if you have diabetes, and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN, a burning, stabbing, or aching pain that may last for months or years after an attack of shingles). Pregabalin capsules and oral solution are also used to relieve neuropathic pain that may occur after a spinal cord injury and to treat fibromyalgia (a long-term condition that can cause pain, muscle stiffness and tenderness, tiredness, and difficulty falling or staying asleep).

Advil Max 400 mg is used for the temporary relief of moderate to severe pain and fever reduction. Its active ingredient is ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the production of substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. It is specifically used to treat: Headaches, including migraines. Backaches and muscle aches. Dental pain or pain after dental procedures. Aches and pains associated with the common cold or flu. Menstrual cramps (menstrual pain).

Desenfriol-D helps relieve cold and flu symptoms such as headache, fever, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, sore throat, and body ache.

GELUBRIN® 600 Capsules is indicated for the treatment of pain of various etiologies: headache (tension), migraine, toothache, odynodysphagia, primary dysmenorrhea, muscle pain, low back pain, pain due to trauma, soft tissue disorders such as sprains and strains, rheumatological or osteoarticular disorders, as well as perioperative pain, common cold or influenza and for the relief of fever.

Over-the-counter ibuprofen is used to reduce fever and relieve minor aches and pains, headaches, muscle pain, arthritis, menstrual periods, the common cold, toothaches, and backaches. Ibuprofen belongs to a class of medications called NSAIDs.

BIOMESINA COMPUESTA (Butylhyoscine/Metamizole sodium) is used as an analgesic, antipyretic, and antispasmodic, recommended for the relief of renal and hepatic colic, fever, labor, and postoperative pain. Mechanism of Action Butylscopolamine + metamizole A combination of butylscopolamine, an antispasmodic in the smooth muscle of the gastrointestinal, biliary, and genitourinary tracts, with no anticholinergic effects on the CNS, with metamizole, a non-acidic, non-narcotic pyrazolone analgesic with analgesic, antipyretic, and antispasmodic effects.

Mechanism of action Paracetamol + chlorphenamine + pseudoephedrine Paracetamol produces analgesia by raising the pain threshold and antipyresis through its action on the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center. Chlorphenamine is a sedating antihistamine with H1 receptor antagonist activity. It also has antimuscarinic activity. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic with its main effect on adrenergic receptors, primarily those with β-adrenergic activity. Therapeutic indications Paracetamol + chlorphenamine + pseudoephedrine Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and the common cold, including nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes, associated with pain and fever. It is recommended when the antihistamine effects of chlorphenamine, the decongestant effects of phenylephrine, and the analgesic and antipyretic effects of paracetamol are desired.

For the relief of major flu and cold symptoms, such as: headache, cough, nasal congestion, fever, runny nose, sneezing, body aches and general malaise.
